資訊科技影響現代人外食之因素探討 學生：林純綾 指導教授：蕭銘雄教授 張 鐸教授摘要生活步調忙碌的現代，多數家庭選擇外食，隨著工業化、都市化的演進「老外族」正在逐步再攀升。行政院主計處研究顯示為台灣經濟結構轉變、婦女就業人數之增加、以及雙薪家庭之比例增加。近年來伴隨著資訊技術的演進及改變，為我們的生活帶來巨大的衝擊，除了改變我們的生活模式之外，更讓電子商務有著新穎之舞台。只要打開手機軟體，動一動手指就可以坐等新鮮美食送上門來，為外送文化帶來新商機。因此本研究的問題探討資訊科技是否會改變餐飲業生態？資訊科技對飽受景氣衝擊的餐飲業而言，是否是利多於弊？本研究探討資訊科
技影響現代人外食的因素有那些，以及影響使用行為之各項因素間因果關係，以問卷調查法透過Google共發出537份有效問卷並應用SPSS軟體來進行資料的分析與統計，來探討不同變項間使用意願的差異。研究發現資訊品質、系統品質、系統滿意度、資訊滿意度、認知有用性、認知易用性、使用態度、使用意願等構面對於消費者使用外食APP均有顯著影響。研究也發現，受訪者當中仍有34.1%的消費者未曾使用過外食APP，因此外食市場仍有擴展空間。關鍵字:外食族、資訊科技、電子商務、外送平台、行動裝置

「大數據」目前為實務界非常重視的議題之一。因電腦儲存量變大、處理速度快、網路寬頻化及行動網路的普及而產生許多的資料及數據，造就了大數據時代的來臨。政府及企業也受到大數據的衝擊，提出了許多政策及方案，政府希望藉由大數據的分析，提高政府的效能及效率並且增加人民的福祉。而企業希望藉由大數據使產業升級，提升企業績效。ETF為目前最受歡迎的投資工具之一。ETF因透明度高、投資成本低、投資組合多元化且買賣方便等優點，受到投資人的青睞。本研究以模擬大數據的研究觀點，找出與台灣50 ETF股價具相關性非結構化數據，透過非結構化數據，使投資人更了解台灣50 ETF之走勢。實證結果:透過牛頓法改良倒傳遞類神經網
