乳癌為臺灣女性癌症發生率首位，但五年內整體存活率為85%。為減少患者術後身體心像改變的衝擊及改善生活品質，進而發展乳房重建術。目前健康照護目標為瞭解乳癌重建患者的生活品質及影響之相關因素。現國內多使用一般健康生活品質及非手術治療的量表，無法準確瞭解患者生、心理、性的安適感及乳房外觀、預後、重建照顧過程的滿意度。Pusic發展出三種乳房手術之Breast-Q問卷，乳房重建術為其一。此問卷具有良好信效度並廣泛運用於國外臨床研究，但尚未有中文版。本研究採橫斷式相關性研究，收集乳癌接受矽膠乳房重建術治療前個案數155名及術後三至六個月之個案數96名，分析中文版Breast-Q─乳房重建版之信效度和探

討植入物乳房重建前後生活品質的影響因素。本研究中文版Breast-Q—乳房重建版手術前、後之Cronbach’s α值為0.87、0.92；再測信度r值=.85及.73。專家效度CVI值為0.96、0.98；效標關聯效度r值=.26、.38，具有良好信效度。接受矽膠乳房重建患者生活品質滿意度有減低情形。而手術前、後生活品質滿意度，性安適度、乳房滿意度層面分數皆最差且有遞減之情形。手術前BMI指數對乳房滿意度、心靈社會安適度有顯著負相關，較低的BMI指數其乳房滿意度、心靈社會安適度較高。
