在COVID-19管制期間,全球經濟和國際貿易雖已經因冠狀病毒持續大流行而遭受巨大損失,但線上配送的服務隨即大量而生,更多的餐館也改採線上配送模式。許多菲律賓人不管他們的社會地位如何,認為喜歡購物是展現菲律賓人最獨特的一面。本研究的目的是探討菲律賓人在COVID-19訂單爆發期間的線上購物經驗。根據本研究調查收集的數據顯示,線上購物經驗中最在意的是他們購買的商品的配送,最不在意的是損壞的包裹是否易於寄回。另發現在性別、年齡和月收入等方面對於各衡量變數並沒有顯著差異,只有在性別上對於「寄回不正確品項包裹的容易性」與在年齡上對於「我發現很容易尋找我正在尋找的品項」的看法上具有顯著性的差異。
