台灣屬於海島型經濟國家,國內土地、資源有限,國際化勢在必行。從過去的前進中國投資,到近年來轉向東南亞發展,而政府也制定一系列新南向政策,系望藉此刺激台灣企業前進東南亞搶占市場先機,這體現國際貿易對於台灣企業的重要性。而國際化的研究一直是一個熱門議題,從而延伸出許多研究,比如:國際化績效、國際擴張、進入模式、進入時機等。而本研究的重點為企業的國際化速度,屬於比較新的議題。過去的研究發現知識、經驗、傾向會直接或間接影響國際化速度。而本研究試圖瞭解,若將傳統的創業導向加上國際創業的元素,是否會產生與過去研究不同的結果。於是本研究採用創新性、預應性、風險承擔三種特性與高階管理團隊的國際化經驗去探討是

否會對企業的國際化速度產生影響。本研究使用發放問卷方式蒐集樣本,樣本來源參考經濟部編輯之「台閩地區工廠名錄」所紀錄之廠商名單,並搭配台灣公司網的查詢,以確保所選樣本仍持續營業中。進行篩選後寄出問卷,填答對象限定為企業之中高階經理人,有效問卷回收共計180份。本研究使用SPSS 24.0統計軟體進行各項分析,得到的結果如下:1.企業的創新性對其國際化速度存在正向顯著之影響2.企業的預應性對其國際化速度存在正向但不顯著之影響3.企業的風險承擔對其國際化速度存在負向顯著之影響4.經理人的國際化經驗對企業的國際化速度存在正向顯著之影響
