探討國軍空勤人員心力指標與G耐力表現之相關性研究

目的:心力指標是一種監測心臟受到身體加速度或活動量之變化情形,能即時監測人員運動狀態是否超出生理負荷;過往研究利用心力指標來代表人員心肺功能,並能有效預測3000公尺跑步之成績。因此,本研究欲探討心力指標數值與鬆弛性、緊張性G耐力及抗G動作成效之相關性。方法:本研究為縱貫型研究(Longitudinal study),研究對象為航空醫官、航空護理官、航空生理官及空軍官校飛行學員。於接受高G耐力訓練時利用Zephyr™ BioHarness 3.0 (Zephyr Technology, Maryland, USA)連續測量訓練前靜坐、走路及緩慢增G階段(增G率:每秒0.1G)之心跳變化及心力

指標(體重*活動量/心跳數),並計算心力比值(不同階段之心力指標相除);並於緩慢增G階段,獲得人員鬆弛、緊張性G耐力與抗G動作效益,並利用SPSS 20.0統計軟體分析其相關性。結果:本研究納入83人次(77位)接受高G耐力訓練人員,平均鬆弛性、緊張性G耐力分別為5.03 G、7.75 G,抗G動作效益為2.72 G,發生G力昏迷佔25.3 %。(1)地面階段:當走路心力指標每增加100個單位,能增加22.4%達鬆弛性G耐力≧5.0 G、及45.7%達緊張性G耐力≧8.0 G之機會。(2)鬆弛性G耐力階段:當心力指標每增加10個單位,能增加42.3%達緊張性G耐力≧8.0 G、及減少26.2%

1994年Bechara等人發展出愛荷華賭局作業(Iowa gambling task, IGT),一具輸贏大小(gain-loss value)與長期效益(long-term payoff)兩變項相反預測,且可模擬日常金錢得失之動態決策行為之賭局作業。值得注意的是,IGT發表至今,已被改編出許多人類與動物修改版本,如:班戈賭局作業(Bangor Gambling Task, BGT)、東吳賭局作業(Soochow gambling task, SGT) (Chiu et al., 2008)、猿賭局作業(Primate Gambling Task, PGT)、齧齒類版本IGT (Roden

t version of IGT, rIGT)等,大部份旨在探究人類與動物決策行為之內在機制。然本研究回顧大部份動物IGT模型,模式生物(model organism)於IGT相關研究現僅向下探討至齧齒類層級,鮮少更低階模式生物建立IGT相關決策模型,也未確立IGT行為模型之穩定性,此可能導致決策生醫相關研究推論之偏誤。因此,本研究嘗試以相對齧齒類低階之斑馬魚(zebrafish)建立IGT相關動態決策作業模型。本研究參考Parker等人(2012a)斑馬魚行為模型結合簡化輸贏結構的SGT來發展斑馬魚動態決策行為模型,並嘗試區辨斑馬魚決策行為是受獎賞頻率或大小影響。此模型每五嘗試次為一循環,僅
