表現運動中的人體結構之創作研究

近年來，台灣的健康意識抬頭，人們對體態、塑身等相關議題，比以往更加熱烈關注，隨著運動產業的蓬勃發展，許多人開始養成定期運動的習慣。面對運動風潮，本研究擬以藝術性的手法表現運動中的人體結構，先透過解剖學觀點將運動過程中的人體動勢、肌肉與骨骼進行寫實描繪，再以透明片或透明壓克力等媒材加以彙整呈現光影效果，完成了二項創作研究。 第一項實驗創作以「瑜伽拜日式」為主題，透過逐格方式將拜日式的連續動作拆解為75個分解動作，再針對每個分解動作進行「體表、肌肉、骨骼」的分層描繪，並以透明片疊加來呈現三者之間的一體連動關係。創作展覽中呈現瑜伽動作在運動時，各部位肌肉的延展與收縮，骨骼的位移及體表上的變化
。 第二項主創作則以「重量訓練」為主題，以健身房常見之重量訓練動作為主，採用雷射雕刻在透明壓克力上，藉由媒材的穿透性呈現人體分層的結構，並針對每個動作進行「體表、肌肉、骨骼」的分層描繪，重訓的所有動作中，肌肉都是由主動肌、拮抗肌與協同肌三者相互協調而成，每一層設以間隔，使圖層之間交互投射產生光影變化，傳達一種相互呼應的連動效果，共創作十二幅寫實描繪圖像。 本創作成果透過寫實描繪方式同時呈現人體的內與外，希能讓民眾在運動時能藉此掌握身體各部位肌肉與骨骼相互牽動的原理。擬提供給大家在進行運動時參考，希能以更安全、正確的方式進行體能訓練，同時也以藝術欣賞的角度重新認識運動中的人體結構。
RAM Gopal: Interweaving Histories of Indian Dance

Ann R David is Professor of Dance and Cultural Engagement at the University of Roehampton, UK. She specialises in dance anthropology and South Asian classical and popular dance and her dance training includes ballet, contemporary, folk dance, as well as bharatanatyam and kathak. Her research focuses
on dance and ritual practices in UK Indian communities investigating issues of migration, identity and embodiment, and the gestural, narrative and ritual practices of bharatanatyam. She has published widely on this work, as well as on dance in Bollywood, and on the ritual dances of Tibetan Buddhism
. She is passionate about the need for the arts and dance in education, working closely with policy makers in the arts and is on the Board of several arts organisations. 運用責任漸轉模式（GRR模式）以實踐學習者中心教與學之個案研究—以六年級國語文領域教學為例
為了解決Portrait 的問題，作者洪千惠 這樣論述：
為協助學生於教育以及生活之中展現真正的能動性，成為夠面向未來的學習者，以探索複雜且不確定的世界，須以學習者為中心思考教與學的議題。然而，實踐以學習者為中心的教與學時，於重新分配學習責任此一重要區塊，卻是教師們感到棘手之處。責任漸轉模式（GRR模式）為一系統性的教學架構，強調透過學習責任的漸次遞轉，協助學生具備能力以承擔完全的學習責任，正可為此一困境提供解方。本研究聚焦於探究傳遞移轉學習責任的歷程，透過參與觀察、訪談與文件分析等方式，先分析個案班級將GRR模式融入國語文領域教學的歷程脈絡，再整合既有的理論架構，繪製出能適應台灣課堂文化之在地化GRR模式運作架構，以提供未來實務教學與學術研究所用
。本研究之結論可歸納為：一、在GRR模式的融合規劃方面：從整合中著手，從主題中規劃。二、在傳遞學習責任的建置系統方面：在變化中推進，在系統中傳遞。三、在順暢模式運作的教學策略方面：在有效中運作，在順暢中遞轉 。四、在發展責任的教學啟示方面：在過渡中推進，在行為中加強。五、在運作架構的繪製發展方面：在進程中演變，在整合中運轉。
