  本研究以三位學前泛自閉症兒童為研究參與者,旨在探討語言行為教學及語言行為結合音樂提示教學對提升學前泛自閉症兒童互動式語言能力之成效。採單一個案研究法之跨受試調整型交替處理設計,。本研究以語言行為教學及語言行為結合音樂提示教學介入後,三位研究參與者的互動式語言具有立即與短期維持成效。  本研究共經歷基線期、交替介入期、最佳介入其與追蹤期四階段。經蒐集評量資料後,以圖示法、目視分析量化資料,再分析研究過程中主要照顧者及教師之訪談的內容。研究結果顯示,兩種教學皆具有立即提升及短期維持互動式語言之成效,且具社會效度。就短期維持成效上而言,語言行為教學之成效較語言行為結合音樂提示教學佳。本研究結果

呈現下列意涵:教學者可應用語言行為教學及語言行為結合音樂提示教學,教導泛自閉症兒童互動式語言,以增進其溝通及人際互動之能力。設計前應先確認學生之語速、反應速度等語言相關能力;設計時應依據學生學習風格與習慣,逐步拓展互動式對話主題腳本內容;最後,將音樂作為提示時,可依學生的能力,選擇更適合的提示類型或方式。
