本文主旨在探討中國股市是否存在節慶效應。節慶效應是指在節日的前後，股價反應會比平常日顯著呈現異常報酬的現象，相關文獻發現全球股票市場有不同形態的節慶效應。本文以中國股市具有代表性的三類指數(上證綜指、滬深300、深圳成指)的日報酬率進行研究分析，樣本區間自2002年~2021年，合計20年，節日選擇了傳統農曆年節的五大節日:春節、元宵節、端午節、中元節、中秋節。並參酌文獻對節慶前後時間和檢定模型的選擇，發現多數文獻探討集中在節慶前後某一天的日報酬率，故本文研究以節慶前的前一天、前三天、前五天、前十天和節慶後的後一天，後三天，後五天，後十天，藉由細分節慶前後天數區間，探討節慶效應是否存在提前或

延後反應的可能性。另針對檢定和模型選擇上，除了將樣本進行敘述性統計外，因時間序列有波動叢具和自我相關的特性，在樣本數據上使用ADF單根檢定、ARCH-LM檢定，並引用虛擬變數的ARMA-GARCH 模型。迴歸分析呈現三類指數均有顯著的節慶效應，節慶效應解釋了市場異象的存在性，也佐證了效率市場假說的不足。
