薪資與績效的關聯性的一直以來是研究職業體育的主流議題。合約作為職業球團支付薪資的一種主要機制，球團透過合約聘僱球員來為其比賽，增加球團營收。然而，當球團與球員雙方因資訊不對稱時，球員便有機會行使機會主義行為，進而降低其表現，使得球團蒙受損失，因此，如何有效的運用合約為重要的問題之一。本研究以中華職棒大聯盟的球員為研究對象，探討球員取得一年一簽合約以及複數年合約對於薪資績效關聯性的影響以及其對於球團績效之影響，並進一步分析球團內薪資差距對於球團績效之關聯性。本研究手動蒐集中華職棒大聯盟2003年至2021年所發布過的球員薪資、績效以及團隊績效。研究結果顯示，無論取得一年一簽合約或複數年合約的球

員其 薪資與績效皆呈顯著的正向關係，表示兩種合約皆為有效的薪資給付機制。然而，本研究卻無法有足夠證據支持取得一年一球員的薪資績效關聯性較取得複數年合約球員的薪資績效關聯性高。因此，本研究 進一步探討一年一簽合約中薪資差距與球團績效之關聯性，發現在一年一簽合約中，球員的薪資差距與球團勝率呈顯著負相關，表示當球團內球員的薪資差距過大，球團的績效會降低。最後，根據本研究結果 所提出建議有二，首先球團若想利用一年一簽合約提升球員為其效力， 則中華職棒大聯盟的球團需要提升其整體的薪資水準，以加強 一年一簽合約薪資與績效的關聯性。其次，中華職棒大聯盟的球團可運用目標獎金制度來彌補當球員之間的薪資差易不大時
