探討擴增實境桌遊之螢幕與虛擬介面對使用者認知負荷與互動滿意度之影響

  隨著臺灣桌遊設計技術的提升,近年來桌遊不再侷限於傳統的紙本圖卡進行,而是結合數位科技的技術,發展出所謂的數位桌遊,藉此吸引更多遊戲族群,因應疫情升溫宅經濟的加速發展,促使了宅在家的人們對於桌遊需求量的提升。而目前有關擴增實境桌遊研究皆以教育導向為主,鮮少有關於擴增實境介面操作模式上的探討研究。因此本研究以化學反應水溶液為主題,自行開發一款有擴增實境互動闖關(突發關卡)遊戲環節的桌遊,介面設計分別有以觸控點擊平板按鈕來控制遊戲角色行為的螢幕介面操作模式,以及以拍擊實體圖卡上的按鈕來控制遊戲角色行為的虛擬介面操作模式。本研究採實驗法與問卷調查法,共蒐集79位受測者之有效量化數據,透過敘述統計

、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數、二因子變異數等分析方法,探討擴增實境桌遊應用於不同的介面操作模式下,使用者對其認知負荷與互動滿意度之影響。  本研究結果顯示,螢幕與虛擬介面操作模式在使用者互動滿意度之各面向平均分數上皆高於量表平均值,顯示使用者對於兩種介面操作模式的整體感受皆具有良好的互動滿意度。而整體而言,螢幕介面操作模式屬於普遍使用者較為習慣的操作型態。而虛擬介面操作模式挑戰性與遊戲趣味性較高,能引起使用者的好奇心。但因前者容易上手,且使用者能有足夠的精力注意到介面上其餘的任務提示,不會因無法適應操作方式,進而導致對於擴增實境互動遊戲的出現有煩躁、挫敗之感受。
