・エディブルフラワーを水でやさしく洗っておく
【作り方】
1. 【透明ゼリー】粉ゼラチン9gに水30gをそそいでふやかしておく
2. 鍋に水300g・グラニュー糖20gを入れて火にかけ、グラニュー糖を溶かし混ぜながら70℃くらいまで加熱する
3. 火を止めてゼラチンを溶かし混ぜ、ボウルに移して氷水に当てて常温以下まで冷やす
4. 型に1~2cmくらい注ぎ、空気が入らないようにエディブルフラワーの裏を上にして並べる
5. 少し押してゼリー液を花びらの裏にかぶせるようにしておき、冷蔵庫で数十分冷やす
6. 固まったら残りのゼリー液をいい感じの高さまで注ぎ、再び冷蔵庫で数十分~1時間ほど冷やしかためる
7. 【ミルクゼリー】粉ゼラチン12gを水60gでふやかしておく
8. 鍋に牛乳or豆乳280g・生クリーム120g・グラニュー糖60g・バニラオイル数滴を入れて火にかける
9. 混ぜながら加熱しグラニュー糖を溶かし、70℃くらいまで加熱する
10. 火を止めてゼラチンを溶かし混ぜ、ボウルに移して氷水に当てて5~10℃くらいまで冷やす
11. 固まった透明ゼリーの上に流し、冷蔵庫で数時間冷やしかためて出来上がり

[How to make it]
1.[clear jelly] Add 30 g of water to 9 g of powdered gelatin and soak it.
2.Add 300 g of water and 20 g of granulated sugar in a pot and heat it. Melt the granulated sugar and heat it to around 70 ° C while mixing.
3.Turn the heat off and dissolve the gelatin. Move it to a bowl and put it in ice water to cool it to room temperature.
4.Pour about 1 ~ 2 cm into the mold, and line up the editable flowers with the back facing up, so that no air gets in.
5.Press it a bit to cover the back of the petals with the jelly liquid then chill it for several minutes in the fridge.
6.When it hardens, pour the rest of the jelly liquid up to a nice height, and let it cool again in the refrigerator for several minutes to an hour.
7.[Milk jelly] Soak 12 g of powdered gelatin in 60 g of water.
8.Add milk or 280 g of soy milk, 120 g of whipped cream, 60 g of granulated sugar and several drops of vanilla oil in a pot and heat it.
9.Heat it while mixing to dissolve the granulated sugar and heat it to around 70 ° C.
10.Turn the heat off and dissolve the gelatin. Move it to a bowl and put it in ice water then chill it to around 5 ~ 10 ° C.
11.Pour it on top of the hardened transparent jelly. Let it cool in the fridge for a few hours and it will be complete.
